DD not quite 2mths - should I give calpol after first jabs?

DD had first jabs today. She is pretty unhappy and if she was a bit older, I wouldn't hesitate to give calpol. I have the 2+ months calpol, but she's not 2 mths old until tomorrow.

Additionally, you shouldn't give it to prem babies yet - technically she is not prem (born at 37 wks and 1 day due to complications), but she is only just not prem as she only just made 37 weeks.

Am I splitting hairs and being silly? Should I give the calpol?

If you're really worried then ring NHS direct and check.
In all honesty I'd give her the calpol though!

I am sure it is ok but NHS direct should be able to help. 0845 46 47.

For next jabs give calpol before you go too, it helps !!

I was told with both DDs to give it to them 30 mins before the first injections. They weren't early though. I'm sure the advice is to give it to them for injections. Maybe someone will clarify this... or not.
