Stomach cramping after bowel movement?

I have had constipation for a few days. I managed to go today and it was completely back to normal, however afterwards I had quite noticeable stomach cramps for a while - the type you get when you have a bit of diarrhoea/upset tummy if that makes sense.

Any idea what could have caused this?

Probably just making sure you're empty or it's been stretched and it's settling. Or any other normal bowel thing after it's been packed with poo for days.

it isn't something I would give much thought to though.
