Wart on thumb tip - photo included

As the title says, I've developed one of these buggers on the tip of my thumb, making tasks like writing uncomfortable.

It's been there for a few days and so far, I've applied apple cider vinegar on it at night under a plaster which has softened it, and I plan on doing this ever night until it becomes soft enough to remove.

I'm thinking of also applying tea tree oil during the day without a plaster.

Anyone had any success stories with wither of these, please? Someone will probably come along to say that your body will get rid of it eventually, but I'd like it gone sooner!

TIA

I’d get an OTC salicylic acid treatment from the pharmacy, rather than rely on ACV & tee tree.

Well, no obvious results yet but I did get some of these, which have decent reviews and seems to stay on well.
