Hallux Rigidus - how soon can I drive after op?

On the list to have my big toe joint fused in the next 3-4 months. I’ll need to be able and available to drive when DGS starts school in September. Has anyone had this op? How soon did you feel able to drive? Thanks

Recommend that you speak to your surgeon - it depends on which joint, what technique, which foot and what car you drive....

They ought to have covered this during the consent process when they added you to the waiting list.
