Runners tummy or food allergy.

I'm on holiday at the moment in England but obviously it's warm. I had a much bigger breakfast than usual. Eggs Benedict and fruit rather than overnight oats. Then I had a shellfish platter for lunch. Lots of walking today. Then a 5 mile run. About 40 minutes after the run I had an upset tummy. I then went for dinner and this evening I have had two more upset tummy. A little more loose each time.

I'm wondering if it's runner's tummy or a shellfish allergy. I'm feeling very slightly sick too.

Last time I was on holiday here too I almost repeat the same day with the same result. I have shellfish at home, but usually not all the types together and such a big portion.

I've got a long drive tomorrow to see a relative in hospital lot's of huge roads through London I don't know

Yes, I will be popping out tomorrow to get some. Could shellfish cause a reaction about 5 hours after eating. I was fine all afternoon.

I need to go to hospital. It will probably be my dad's last opportunity to see his ill brother. My dad also has bad health issues. I'm the only one in the family who drives and dad can't use public transport. He's in his late 70s with bad mobility issues

I mean take immodium just for driving and hospital not if you're cancelling those
