Lump at top of thigh

In the middle of my thigh, roughly where your underwear line would be. It’s not painful or very big but I have had ongoing discomfort in my hip area. Could it be connected?

Sounds like a gland especially if it’s squishy, have you had a nasty sickness recently like Noro virus or a bad cold?

No nothing like that recently.
