Has anyone tried light therapy for eczema?

Having suffered with large patches of eczema for long periods of my life, I am wondering if anyone has had success with UV therapy, either in a clinic or with a home device. I’m stuck in a cycle of steroids and creams and it’s horrible. I have noticed that it’s better in the summer especially if I am somewhere sunny and have my skin exposed. Any tips or stories you can share would be very much appreciated.

Didn't try light therapy.

Sick of steroid creams on my son, I switched over to Pure Potion skin salvation - it's all natural and non-steroidal - and was fantastic for him.

They've since rebranded- Balmomds.

I think Holland & Barrett sell it still.

I still use it occasionally on myself every now and then.

I had it at Barnet Hospital years ago, while well intentioned it made it worse and the head dermatologist stopped it. I’ve said in several posts I tired everything for my eczema and it was only Ciclosporin that helped. the sun however gives me solar urticaria similar to what I was getting from the light treatment

Thank you - hoping for a miracle cure! Clobbered is helping at the minute but not as quickly as I’d like. I will try both your suggestions.
