Health MOT where?

Turning 50 in not so distant future and I’m keen to pay for a full health MOT for myself and my husband. Don’t live near a city but can travel. Just wondered if anyone can say if they have done this and the important things to check for and have done?

Nuffield do a women's health check for £499. Includes blood and urine test, 1 hour with GP, smear if needed. They also do a version for men. Well worth it imo.

By all means pay for something comprehensive, or because it’s convenient and a more pleasant experience, but you can ask for one of this potentially:

I also get the Nuffield 360, very through and worth it IMHO.

I am planning to have a Neko body scan which seems very comprehensive. Only available in London, and there's a waitlist.
