Lichen Sclerosus and possible pre-cancerous changes - anyone else?

I'm in my early 30s and have had lichen sclerosus for about 9 years or so. Recently, at a gynae check-up, she said she saw some concerning areas and did a biopsy to test for pre-cancerous cell changes (differentiated VIN). Really scared and just wondering if anyone here has any experience of this.

Good that your gynae is keeping on top of it.
I've had it 20 years no changes. It was seen by the gynae in 2021 She never mentioned anything.
