Im a first time poster. Last year tired, gassy. Blood test CA125 high, scan ok but could not see ovaries. MRI showed ceacum and terminal end illuminated and bowel wall thickening. FIT test ok. Discovered a blood clot on anti coagulant. Colonoscopy one 3mm adenoma. Summer indigestion and weight loss. Endoscopy. Scan showed enlarged bile duct, ovaries ok and a fibroid.Gastroenterologist said thought but coeliac blood test inconclusive. MRI showed gallbladder collection. Then had a scan for gallbladder ok. I have been on gluten free coeliac diet. I’ve only gained a little weight. In March I felt unwell. frequent urination, headache, GP said tender on lower right. Scan next week.
Haematologist said could be something autoimmune.
Any ideas or reassurance please. Thank you.
