Perhaps your allergic/intolerant to something you're eating colditz.

Or maybe you need to drink less booze

I find it the other way, if I have a migraine coming on, eating something can help. Although most of the time I have a migraine, I am sick with it, all part of it.

SpacePuppy · 17/05/2008 09:11

have you been eating too much sugar maybe?

foxinsocks · 17/05/2008 09:12

too much cake?

I get them from soft cheese, my most favourite food in the world grrrrr.

SmugColditz · 17/05/2008 09:14

Actually I ate a lot more sugar than I normally do yesterday, I had two pieces of birthday cake and a J2O and I normally stick to diet drinks and don't eat cake!
