Back pain and fainting

just porting to see if anyone has any advice about how to manage back pain and what to look out for.

I think I twisted by back a couple of days ago and woke up with it hurting so badly that I couldn’t move. Unfortunately I also managed to faint on the floor when trying to get up to find some pain killers.

I believe that the fainting may have been related to a combination of forgetting my heart medication (heart is structurally sound but irregular), stress and the pain - but not sure.

the back pain is still there but manageable with neurofen (could go back to sleep once kicked in) and am waiting for it to kick in to get up. Seems to get better during the day.

anyone had anything similar? Any advice with regards to stretches or tips about what to do to get better quickly?

I think you need to see the GP to get checked over. It’s ok saying you think it’s this and that, but I’d want to know for sure.

I probably should ☹️. It is just such a pain to get an appointment.
