Hi everyone
Any idea what this might be? I have noticed it for about a week. It’s a hard lump under the skin, quite small, not particularly painful. Lymph node? (had a bit of sore throat last week? Cyst? Don’t want to bother the doctor in holiday week as I would probably be wasting their time but have never had it before.
