Rash on 5 month old's feet

Hi,

Anyone seen anything like this? DD has little red bumps on the tops of her feet and backs of ankles, images added here. Otherwise we'll. She's breastfeeding exclusively up til a week and a half ago, just started baby led weaning and has only tried avocado, broccoli and banana. I'm not entirely sure whether this might have been a little bit there before and just got worse though.

Have you been out with her at dusk, could they be midge bites?

Or it could be the start of hand foot and mouth.

I'd not thought of that, thanks WonderingWanda! I don't think so as face/neck/hands don't have the rash, but worth raising if we can get a call with the GP.
