I’ve had this on and off for a couple of months now and just wondered if anyone else had experienced.

The best way I can describe the feeling is like when you’ve burnt your finger and the air gets to it afterwards.

Not noticeably sore to touch. I’m female mid 50s.

any ideas?

I get it too and I’m 51. Figured it was menopause related.

Well I've you've been having the weather I've been having I'd say possibly sunburn if you've been outside a fair bit

Was about to say the same - my DF came round last week really worried about his sore head…I gave him some after sun and it sorted it out 😂

No chance of sunburn, I’ve barely left the house. Menopause makes sense though.
