Does anybody struggle with their MH post period? Leading up to my period I can be okay (don’t get me wrong some months I can feel a bit emotional) but I struggle much more after it. Feeling low, anxiety, intrusive thoughts just wondered if this is a thing??

This is totally normal.
Take a look at Mindy Pelz on youtube, she explains how the fluctuations of hormones during the monthly cycle effects mental health. She links it back to diet and suggests that women need different or more of certain foods in order to give them the necessary building blocks to make all the necessary hormones.
So, yes completely normal to feel out of whack at different points in your cycle, but you might feel worse than you need to due to nutrient deficiencies that mean your body is struggling to make all the hormones it wants to.
Best of luck.

I have been getting this for a couple of years now - as part of peri menopause I think. I'm ok leading up to my period but as I near the end of the period and for a few days after it I am VERY low.
