Raised amylase levels - any GPs who can help please.

Hello! As the title says, I've had raised amylase levels since September last year. First level was 160, then down to 152 in October and I've just had them repeated and they're back up to 159. I'm currently waiting for my GP to phone me but should there be any tests I should be requesting for further investigation?
My b12 and folate are currently on the higher side too. Normal blood count, lower side of normal ferritin.
I've had IBS for as long as I can remember. Currently alternate between constipation and diarrhea but probiotics have helped settle this a little. Also suffer from bloating and stomach pains. These pains can very from high up under ribs or low down crampy pains. Lately ive been getting quite localised pains around my belly button that feels a little sharp. Also suffer with quite bad period pain and heavyish periods for around 5 days (if that's relevant). Had a liver ultrasound scan done at the beginning of the year and liver and gallbladder represented as normal. No mention of pancreas from scan but GP said my amylase levels aren't high enough for pancreatitis. Is there anything I should request before my GP calls. I googled (which is the worst thing to do, I know) and lots of mentioning of cancer which has scared me. Thank you 😊

This is mumsnet. Not your GP, who you should be speaking to.
