Is this a panic attack?

The other night I was about to go to sleep so lying down, and out the blue I felt like I couldn’t breathe, my heart was racing and I got the feeling I was going to faint (fainted a lot as a child so I know and hate the feeling!) My chest was tight and couldn’t get a deep breath

Ended up ringing 999 as it was terrifying and I was on my own but it did pass. Went really shaky afterwards
Last night, similar again, lying down just before sleep and my heart starts racing and felt like I was short of breath

Have had panic attacks before but not for years

Yes and no, had a couple more episodes

they did the ECG and think I might have wenckebach
awaiting a sleep study

Oh and my TSH is down to 1.4, iron saturation still low but ferritin now 78

Ugh it happened again last night and was really scary
I felt like I was going to pass out, be sick and upset stomach. Ended up with a fan blasting on my face which is the only thing that helps
no chest pain or palpitations
