Baby has Rash all over belly

So my one year old (turned one today) has had a rash all week but it seems to be getting worse.
She's absolutely fine in herself, laughing, eating, drinking, no temperature.
She does suffer slightly with eczema but it's never been like this.

We have done an online form for the doctor but won't hear now until tomorrow, so if anyone has any advice or ideas that could be causing this please advise

Yes this could be the case, I was also thinking it could be a allergy rash? She's been having the alpro 1-3 oat milk.

Have you checked if it blanches under a glass?

When did you start the Alpro
Has she had chicken pox before ?

Yes I did the glass test and it dissappears

Around 2 weeks ago is when we started it.
To be honest, it's only just come to my mind that it could be that.

No she's never had them, I have a 2 Year old too and she's never had them either.

Yes she's is itching it as soon as I take her clothes off
