dd 22 mo covered in hives which keep wandering about her body

They look like hives/nettle rash, and keep moving round her arms and legs.

Piriton has made no difference. She seems untroubled by them and as lively as ever!

Has just got over conjuctivitis and has slight cough and runny nose. Is this an allergy or viral rash. Am totally stumped. It looks like allergy, but not respoding to anti-histamine

could be allergy, or viral

My dd has had this, once in response to a medicine (can't remember what) and another time with a bad cold and cough. Never discovered exactly what it was.

Could be something she's eaten?
