41 year old burning pain around ovary

Has anyone had pain around one side of your ovary it’s not around ovulation or period it comes and goes it’s a burning stabbing feeling

For me it was a cyst! You might need an ultrasound. I ended up having endo 🥲

Could be diverticulitis

Would that be possible at my age
