Unusual hot/burning sensation on one foot

I have an intermittent sensation of heat in the centre of the sole of one foot. It's not painful but it feels really unusual and has been happening on and off for around a week now.

Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?

Get it checked urgently...definitely it could be a clot or pre-stroke symptom

@Dwells thank you, is there anything else I should look out for symptoms wise?

I'm only mid 30s
