Unusual bruise on finger, no injury

I noticed this random bruise on my finger yesterday, I know it’s small but I absolutely didn’t hurt myself.
I had gel nails done yesterday so was looking at my hand, absolutely nothing there. I noticed it a few hours later.
could it potentially be damage from the nail lamps?
today I can see a black small area in the middle of the bruise.

I quite often get small, painful bruises on my hands and fingers without any obvious injury - I think it's something to do with tiny blood vessels popping. The bruise on the photo doesn't look like anything to worry about, unless it starts spreading or swelling.

Yes I get these in my hands and feet from time to time. I saw a nurse who said it's caused by a small blood vessel bursting and nothing to worry about. Though obviously if you are concerned seek proper medical advice.

It could be Achenbach syndrome, I get finger bruises quite often without any injury due to this, there are some previous threads about this
