Psoriasis has been creeping up on me again so I thought that a spot of weeding in a vest top and shorts was a good thing. Sun does help my psoriasis.
Well I am pleased with my weeding results. noticed a rash on my arms - i do tend to react to some plants.
Then noticed a huge rash over my chest (may be heat?) Also have a large insect bite on my boob
looked on my tummy and noticed that psoriasis has exploded all over tummy.
So I said to dd oooo look i'm all spotty.
She then pointed out in a rather 'aren't you a silly mummy way' that my back where my vest top isnt is really really sunburnt.
doh.
what a wombat I am.
All I've got in is tea tree and I think some lavender, I think a nice cool bath is in order.
