Menieres Disease/Tinnitus (excuse spelling!!!)

I have Menieres disease and tinnitus. Going through a bad patch at the moment where the tinnitus is really bad and the Menieres is making me dizzy in noisy places. Have been put on Beta-Histadine Dichloride by the doc to sort out the dizziness but am so blardy exhausted with it - haven't been able to go to work.

Anyone else suffer from this? Any tips? Can't use white noise machines as am deaf so have to take my hearing aid out at night to sleep, which makes the tinnitus worse as then don't hear anything except the tinnitus!!! Arghh!!!

am there with you and have tinnitus too - i used to cry myself to sleep from the noise but now months down the line it is a bit better - just do NOT think or conentrate on your ears - just think about something else

The tablets aren't making me drowsy, its the constant tinnitus thats making me tired -the tablets will help the dizziness but not the tinnitus. The pisser is that at night even though I'm tired, the buzzing keeps me awake so its a vicious (sp!!) circle. Most of the times I can cope with it, but these last weeks its been a bit ughh.....

Mind you, am at the my ears don't work so why should I have to listen to such crap though!!! ha ha!!!
