Rash on back of hands- Adult

Yesterday I woke up with flu like symptoms and then this morning I work up with a rash on the backs of my hands. Does anyone have any idea what it is before I scare myself on Google?

Is it itchy?

I've currently got chicken pox (and had it before) and it looked similar at first.

Took a few days to be diagnosed; if you have any that develop tiny sacs of clear fluid it's Cpox. Not all mine did

Not itchy at all, I work in a day nursery where chicken pox is currently going around.

Good morning, I've just woken up and it's gone from raised red bumps to flat red disks 🤷🏻‍♀️
