Has anyone tried Dirtea gummies to aid their memory?

My friend has been taking 2 gummies a day a swears that her memory has never been better! Before starting she was in a perimenopausal brain fog, as am I!

I’m wondering if just taking the vitamins might work, or does the mushroom content make much difference? I have Hashimotos so am a bit worried about messing things up with that but can’t get a GP appt to discuss whether that’s likely.

Lots of people are quite low in b12 (which is also in these), which does affect cognitive function. Take a B vitamin complex and see if that helps, then you won’t have to use a GP appointment to ask about supplements.

Thanks, I have annual blood tests due to my thyroid problem which has never flagged a deficiency but as I’ll just excrete anything in excess of my requirements it can’t do any harm to try.

It’s specifically the mushroom content that I’m interested in people’s experiences of.
