Period came on day 22/23

Hi all, I am under a lot of stress of anxiety at the moment with TTC. It is making me very unwell with stress and anxiety. Not sleeping, I barely ate for nearly two weeks, being sick every single morning. My period has arrived a few days early CD 22/23. Could this be stress? Has this happened to anyone else? I also had so pms symptoms (sore breasts or cramps/bloated). Thanks

I also want to add that during 4 . months of TTC we have actually only dtd 10 times over the 4 months. I don't think that is enough is it?
