Really sore blisters anyone got anything that works other than compeed?

I ended up having to do a really brisk walk this morning to get to an appointment on time. It’s wrecked my feet. Got blisters on the bottom of both heels and under near my big toe. I’ve got some small compeed in for the smaller ones but heels are too big. They really hurt if I have to stand up or walk. I’ve put some photos up.

That looks horrific. What are the white thing, more blisters? What shoes were you wearing?

Get bigger compeed.

Weleda do a foot balm that works really well.I bought it in Germany so I'm not sure if it's available here.

The white bits is just my foot. It was all because I had an appointment at the hospital to get my bloods done, was going to go on the bus but it broke down and I would have missed my slot. So had to go home and take the car. Which meant parking a couple of miles from the hospital (can never get parked there) and hot foot it which did for my feet. I made my appointment with 2 minutes to spare!

Also got a bruise on top of my foot from where they took the blood.

Will hobble out later for bigger compeed.

Ouch!

I have found https://www.boots.com/germolene-antiseptic-cream-30g-10162935 good for painful blisters in the past.

Jesus! I'd throw the shoes away for a start, are they made of razor blades?!

Big compeed would be my go to for blisters usually, but honestly I'm not sure you're going to get anything big enough for the whole heel. Perhaps a burn dressing?

Compeed are hydrocolloid dressings so you might be able to get something bigger than compeed but not specifically for blisters. You might have to do an online order.

Thanks will look for some big hydrocolloid dressings, I’ve actually got an appointment with the nurse tomorrow (not about feet), might ask her advice too.

I got them because I’m on some medication which makes me more prone to blisters. The heat and friction from having to walk so fast caused them.
