The first question is how did you get the carpet burns!!! Or don't we want to know!!
Try Aloe vera gel, its very soothing especially if you keep it in the fridge.

Carpet burns eh? say no more, but likewise the aloe vera gel is good for any burns!

a chasity belt might help prevent any further carpet burns

Wahey, glad to see someone is having fun!

emmaTooMuchGrub · 12/01/2005 19:56

I'd just put salvon or something on it...... or them.

Sorry to have misled you... I wish I could say that the carpet burns were mine, but they are actually on DS's poor little chubby knees and feet. He has started crawling and has got some war wounds already!
I will have to get some aloe vera gel then.
Maybe I'll keep some on ice for when DH gets lucky! Hopefully with me that is!

How disappointing
We thought that someone was having fun - now you have shattered the illusion!!
Hope the gel soothes the little one, I got mine from Holland & Barrett if you are stuck.

Tights under trousers. That way the looser trousers slide over the tights, rather than over the skin - same idea behind wearing thick socks over thin socks under hiking boots - and the skin doesn't get chaffed.
