This has popped up before but went away and now it is back agin ??? It’s a single yellow white bump but not sure if its something I should be concerned about !

It could be a boil. Just make a doctors appointment if it dissapears while you are waiting for the appointment then all good?

Bartholin's cyst maybe. Harmless but ouchy. Get it checked anyway.
