Help, 2 nights ago my DD sat up in her sleep and slammed the back of her head down onto my nose. I felt an immediate warmth and gush and the blood was pouring from my nose for like 20 minutes, it was so bad. There's no bruising and my nose looks normal so maybe a little swelling but I feel so sick and have the worst migraine accompanied by a throbbing nose still 2 days later. The pain in the middle of my head/nose right now is agony and I just want to lie down and sleep. What can I do? I've taken paracetamol and ibuprofen with no help and my partner thinks I'm just rhyming on and being dramatic and there's nothing wrong cause theres no physical signs of anything wrong.
