Overweight and painful to exist

I'm 5'6 and 25 stone. I have pcos and endometriosis, as well as being very anaemic. I don't know how I let myself get to the size. I've always been active until I'd say the past few months and my whole body hurts when I move, when I walk. I also get infections mainly in my groins. I'm tired and I know only I can change it.

Does anyone else who is overweight experience this?

Hi,
I know what it's like to be in this position, at my heaviest I was 25 stone - I'm now 23.5,
I have PCOS.
I struggle to lose weight - even though I do try.
The pressure on my joints is immense.
I also get infections due to the overhang - I wash with octisen down there to keep bacteria at bay.
I do walk as much as I can with my dog and my weight is coming down slowly.
I'm 5'7
My weight has shot up in the last few years from when I was on pregablin but since I was taken off it by my pain specialist - the weight is easier to lose along side my diet and walking.

At my heaviest last year I was 22 stone at 5ft 5 and did find everything exhausting and also had some joint pain.

What sort of approach are you thinking of to lose the weight?

Oh this must be terrible. What do doctors say or do for you?

Your weight is a medical issue, you do not get to your weight just by eating a bit too much or not exercising enough, there is obviously something wrong that needs investigation and a solution.

It must be hard to find the strength to persue this, do you have anyone who can advocate for you?

What are your thoughts on the weight loss injections, OP? I've been using them for a few months and have lost nearly 4 stone and feel like a different person. Would you consider them?
