Help committing all night and stomach pain

I’ve never been so ill - I can’t keep even a sip of water down. What is it?

A sip every 5 minutes will get you to a glass in an hour.

Or normal sugar coke, add a teaspoon of sugar to flatten it, and a pinch of salt for the dehydration. Still sip it.
