Nose bleeds and swallowing blood worry

Hello,
Get ready for the most random and yucky worry ever!
I am 36+6 days pregnant and I get nosebleeds often and I follow the guidance on how to deal with this. But today, I was co-napping with my daughter and a nosebleed started. I didn't want to disturb my daughter so I just laid down and fell asleep, assuming it would just clot at back of nose.
I fell asleep for over an hour and realised in horror that I must have been swallowing a load. Now worried that I have either swallowed a load of blood and harmed unborn baby or that I have inhaled some into my lungs. Other than having some bloody mucus in back of throat, I feel fine!
Any form of reassurence welcome. Thank you!

It's fine to swallow blood. It won't harm you or the baby

Swallowing blood won't harm your baby. It's also highly unlikely its in your lungs. However if you haven't already I would get the nosebleeds checked out.

If you feel weak or dizzy go to the hospital also if you vomit more than once go to the hospital

how d'you think swallowing a bit of blood harm the baby? The worst it'll do is make you nauseated. Assuming you normally have intact airway reflexes you'd have woken up coughing if a lot was heading for your lungs. Guessing at 36/40 you'll have been lying on your side so it's even less likely to get into your lungs.

If you're having lots of nosebleeds though it may be worth checking your platelet count (it's probably normal and the bleeds are probably just due to vasodilatation, but it may be worth checking).
