Stye? Pic of my eye socket

Is this a stye, or any other ideas? Tiny white spot inside eyelid, upper outer corner of my eye. It's been there since before Christmas, but not sure how long!

Not a style as doesn’t look infected. Could just be a follicle (small build up of cells, perhaps started by irritation). Will probably go on its own. If it gets bigger or is painful seek help
