the Last couple of months I have been suffering with pins and needles and numbness in my left hand every day which are becoming more frequently several times a day. It is starting to bother me as it is starting to cause me to drop things I have also had my left foot go numb which lead to me falling over.

Have you seen a GP yet? If not, that's where you need to start.

I had similar symptoms, I had a B12 deficiency

That's a GP job not a MN one. A sign of all sorts of things, some mild some serious.

I'd suggest visiting your GP with these symptoms, OP. There are loads of non-worrying things it could be, so no need to panic, but these kinds of symptoms could also indicate something like MS, so it's worth getting checked out. (But just to repeat, it's more likely to be something benign so try not to be alarmed. My mum has MS so it's on my radar.)

Not wanting to scare you but this can be early signs of neurological problems. If I were you I'd see my GP (appreciate that's not so easy) and ask for a referral to a neurologist (which could take some time).

I say this as someone who has a neurological illness.

All the best.

True

I had it in both hands then my feet. Mine turned out to be bulging discs in my spine. Huge improvement with physio and the right medication. Could also be carpal tunnel if it’s specific fingers?
Definitely worth a GP visit.

These are the exact symptoms I had with carpel tunnel syndrome. Quick op and never had a problem again. Go and see your gp ASAP
