Why is my right ovary in something called the Pouch of Douglas?? And what does the rest mean? Please help!

everything is fine. There was a small amount of urine left in your bladder once emptied.

It's basically just a space between your rectum and your uterus. Normally doesn't have anything in it. Your ovary is sitting in a different position to normal.

Agree everything is otherwise normal

Thanks both, I'm not in with the gp until the 28th so it was bothering me not knowing what it meant. My sister has endo and I've a lot of similar symptoms so was concerned.
