might sound silly but any idea what’s exactly on my foot or ways to treat it? On ball of foot & has Been there a couple of weeks now sort of appeared out of nowhere it seemed, suuuper itchy, dry and rock hard in the centre. Doesn’t seem to be budging with moisturising etc. will book an appt with podiatrist if needed, not usually prone to dry skin to this extent.
