About 1mm wide, uncomfortable when touched.
White stuff is crusty and doesn't come off.

That is definitely something you should contact your GP about. Please don’t rely on advice from unknowns on the internet.

I've seen my.doc about it and am waiting for an appt to get it seen at the hospital.

Sadly, it isn't squeezable, I've tried 😁

It looks to me like a small keratoacanthoma. They are benign but related to BCCs so tend to get whipped off. I had one which started growing after a child dug his nails in my face.. it caused rapid cell growth, but they can just be sun damage. If it is, it will grow rapidly.. mine was half an inch across (on my face!) before the GP sent me to dermatology who took it off that day .
Left alone the grow for a while, then stop and the centre implodes leaving a depressed scar.
Go get it checked!
