Are these lymph nodes in my neck ?

I have been able to feel quite large movable ball shaped things under my jaw connecting to my neck for about 3 years now.

I am a little worried as I have started to get some strange kind of throat pains on and off. Since googling I’m unsure if these are extra large lymph nodes or something that people typically have ? They move when I push on them.

do I need a doctors appointment for this or are these normal ? Attached a photo for reference of where they can be felt when pressed.

Impossible for us to tell. They might just be your submandibular salivary glands. If you are concerned you need to see your GP.
