Ok its really high and almost certainly familial as medication fot it and also blood prssure tabs in a couple of weeks when all my tests ect are done and back.
Im only 37 and not overweight. I love my food though and now i darent put anything remotely unhealthy in my mouth ! Gp says it prob wouldn`t make much differrence with being genetic but still will have to try.
I know the basic no animal fat low fat high good fat ect stuff, but does anyone else please have any tips for a naughty but actually cholesterol friendly pudding ????? x
