Hi, i was hoping there would be someone on here who could shed some light on my blood tests. I'm 31f I have Crohns and I recently have had my check up bloods, I had one lot in October and my serum ALT came back as 64, they repeated it again on 12th December and it was 112. I have then had more blood tests today and my serum alt is now 123 and my serum total protein is 64 which is low. What could this mean? I'm waiting to hear back from IBD nurse but the wait and unknown is making me worry!
I've been goggling which i know I shouldn't but some things saying liver disease, some say liver damage, then it also mentions gallstones/gallbladder.
Has anyone had any experience of this?
Thank you! X
