Is it best to have something sugary like pepsi to restore sugar and liquid in the body or just water?

Orange juice, diluted with water and with a bit of salt in, someone once told me. Or get some dioralyte sachets from the chemist.

Full fat coke - ideally once it is a little bit flat and not so gassy. It will replace your electrolytes.

Hope you feel better soon

Flat lemonade, unless you're still vomiting in which suck ice cubes until you can keep fluid down.

Hobo · 01/05/2008 18:21

Another vote for flat coke.

Get well soon.
