more time upright after feeds to help burping?

lying face-down on parent's lap?

patting bum while upright? (sometimes helps them fart/poo as they've got something to 'push against')

if ff, change of formula?

Thanks, I'll pass these on to my friend. The fennel tea sounds interesting, supposed to increase supply too isn't it? She is BF. Used to have it for morning sickness.
