TTC with cats in the house...?

Hello all,
DH and I have just decided to try for our first baby, but we have two cats. They are indoor cats and have been since kittens so never had worms or eaten anything other than cat food so should be no risk of toxiplasmosis - what precautions should I be taking when clearing the litter tray etc.?

Ta all!

My goodness those were quick responses! That's what I thought, thanks both. Now I just have to make sure they don't get jealous... !

I have 3 cats and nearly 3 children, DP cleans out litter tray when he is here but most of the time I have to do it (or the house stinks of cat poo) I tip it all into a bag and make sure I don't touch anything, wash hands thoroughly straight after.
