Stains on 7 year old's new front teeth

My DS has 2 new front teeth coming through. One of them (the second) has a small, yellowish stain on the corner of it. We brush teeth at least 2- 3 times a day and he doesn't eat too much sugar. Our NHS dentist is miles away and we can't get an appointment for ages. Any tips on what these stains might be, or how to avoid getting any more on new teeth? Thanks

Often the new teeth have an over production of calcium that will lead to them looking spotted or stained. The colour evens out though.

Thanks for the quick feedback. Good to know there's someone out there!
Yes, he did have a couple of courses of antibiotics when little.
Let's hope it's the over-production of calcium and that it will even out.
