Shingles or bacterial infection? Photo attached

My daughter (8) has this rash at the bottom of her leg

Doctor unsure what it is and has taken a swab to send away

Has started her on antibiotics incase bacterial infection. Doctor didn’t want to start on shingles antivirals as bad side effects for children if turns out not to be shingles

had anyone had a similar looking rash?

Is it mollascum contagium?

Looks like shingles to me, mine looked like that but I'm no doctor! Also is it only on one side? Shingles usually only effects one side.

Definitely not molluscum, she has had molluscum before and they have an indent in the middle of the spots, these don’t.

Yes so far only on one leg, on her calf
