What is this on my finger?

I've had it a few days now skin feels sore and tight. Not got it anywhere else. I thought eczema at first but it's not itchy so now i'm thinking otherwise.

Contact dermatitis. Use hydrocortisone cream a thin layer 3 or 4 times a day. It should improve very quickly.

I think is what I get every winter when my fingers have been really cold. It's a type of eczema apparently. Sometimes get little blisters. Quite sore and itchy.
