Pain at injection site months or years later

For the past couple of weeks I've had a sore arm exactly where I had covid/flu jabs. I haven't had either jab for more than a year, always had them with barely any side effects other than a sore arm for 24 hours or so. But now the same post-jab pain is back, especially if I try to sleep on that side. It's not terribly painful and I'm not really concerned - more curious as to what might make the site of a jab hurt again more than a year after the last jab?

Same!! I sporadically get pain in the exact spot, I think it's the Covid jab only because I've had flu jabs for years and never had pain

I don’t know but I’ve had the same - plus very painful knees/legs - think tendonitis-type pain. My right shoulder is sore around the injection site more than a month later. It’s slowly improving but I’ve never had a reaction like this to a flu’ jab.

I have the same. I have had flu jabs and covid jabs in my left arm and sometimes it feels sore to touch. It doesn't get red but feels like it should. It often happens when I am a bit ill for example a cold or a migraine so I thought it was just my body fighting and that is where I had my vaccinations. It is very strange though.
